We are committed to salvaging and repurposing premium wine barrels and reclaimed timbers from the earliest stages of each project — working directly with clients to ensure materials are maximised, not wasted. Every piece is designed with longevity in mind and built to be cherished, repaired, and reused.
When the time eventually comes to retire a Vintoak™ piece, we empower our clients with pathways to responsibly rehome, repurpose, or return the furniture for refurbishment — ensuring the materials continue their journey through the hands of future makers. Our goal is to close the loop, reduce waste, and build a creative legacy of sustainable design.

Vintoak™ is committed to intervening before the demolition stage. We aim to reclaim, repurpose, and redesign materials that would otherwise be lost — giving them new life and new stories to tell. And when we can’t use them ourselves, we work with other creators, designers, and builders to ensure nothing is wasted.
Our responsibility doesn’t end with the furniture we make. It extends to the footprint we leave behind.
